About Us

MifflinburgAlumni.com was created to provide an alumni website for graduates and friends of Mifflinburg Schools, home of the Wildcats!

Located in central Pennsylvania, Mifflinburg is a great place to live, work and raise a family. Nestled in the heart of the Buffalo Valley, our town is surrounded by farming communities and beautiful mountains. Many Amish and Mennonite families live in the area and it is not unusual to see buggies traveling our highways.

We come from a rich German heritage that is celebrated each December during the annual Christkindl Market celebration.  The Mifflinburg Buggy Museum showcases the historic buggy making era, when Mifflinburg was fondly known as Buggytown.

This website is a gift to the Mifflinburg Community from 1979 graduate, Peggy Shields, who is a web designer and owner of Projects by Peggy.
